FIELD GEOTECHNICAL ENGINEER (CONTRACT BASIS)

Golder Jakarta office is seeking junior to intermediate level GEOTECHNICAL ENGINEER to join our team.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

◼ Supervise geotechnical drilling and field tests

◼ Manage sample selection and delivery for laboratory testing

◼ Provide quality control/inspection for earthwork and perform relevant field tests

◼ Prepare daily, weekly and monthly field reports

◼ Interact with the Contractor and Client regarding daily work, schedule, testing, inspection and
engineering works.

SKILLS

◼ Organize, lead and conduct field data gathering.

◼ Able to work independently on site with project manager direction (on job training provided)

◼ Good English communication skills

◼ Able to operate computer (MS Word, ME Excel and email).

QUALIFICATIONS

◼ Degree in Civil Engineering.

◼ Minimum 2 – 5 years experience in geotechnical drilling and testing and construction supervision

◼ HATTI and POP certification would be an advantage.
