TECHNICAL PROJECT MANAGER / PROJECT ENGINEER / R & D ENGINEER /

PROJECT CO-ORDINATOR / TECHNICAL WRITER / TECHNICAL EXECUTIVE

What we are looking for

• Excellent communication skills in English, verbal and written.
• Electrical or Electronics Engineering background is a must.
• Experience in transformer design, manufacturing, quality assurance is an additional qualification.
• Ability to maintain technical communication with suppliers, sub-contractors and customers.
• Ability to ensure required quality checking/approval procedures are carried out, developing simple
but effective technical delivery processes, improving the production of design deliverables to
time/cost/quality.
• Ability to prepare technical reports / Project reports / Product Drawings / Wiring diagrams.
• Technical writing ability on engineering projects.
• Good technical writing and editing skills with attention to detail.
• Good knowledge in MS office packages such as word, excel, power point.
• Ability use or familiarization of engineering drawing packages e.g., AutoCAD, Inventor, Solid works.
• Willingness and desire to run an extra mile to enhance knowledge and progress in a technical career.

Working Environment
• Mainly home-based, full-time employees should be available for any 8-hour slot from 8.00am to
11.00pm Sri Lankan time.
• Part-time employees have flexible time but need to be available for meetings the falling between
7.00am and 6.00pm UK time.
• A willingness to have an in person meeting twice a month with other employees at a location close to
Colombo is desirable.
