DEED OF SALE OF MOTOR VEHICLE

That I, VICENTE A. BARGO JR., Seller, of legal age married with

residence and postal address at Remedios Corner Araneta St., Brgy. III,
San Carlos City, Negros Occidental for and in consideration of the amount
of PESOS: One hundred thirty thousand pesos (P 130,000), Philippine
Currency andother valuable consideration, receipt of which is hereby
acknowledged from ARTEMIO R. LAYON, Buyer, likewise of legal age
married with residence and postal address at So. Ansulag, Brgy. Rizal, San
Carlos City, Negros Occidental hereby SELLS, TRANSFERS AND
CONVEYS and by these presents have SOLD, TRANSFERRED AND
CONVEYED unto said Buyer the following motor vehicle describe as
follows;

of which I am the absolute owner.

I hereby warrant the said motor vehicle is free from any liens and
encumbrances and that I will defend the title rights of the VENDEE from
any claims of whatever kind of nature third persons.
