Send a personalized LinkedIn connect request, stating the roles you seek and the company they
work for as your reason for connecting. Do NOT attach resume.

2. If you want more info about a specific role you have seen advertised ask about your application
suitability and send a TAILORED resume.

3. If you want to work for the company and no job is advertised, send a motivational cover message
explaining WHY you want to work for the organization, and HOW you can specifically add value.

LinkedIn only allows 30,000 connections so many people, like myself, can no longer accept connect
invitations.

You can either FOLLOW instead, or if you subscribe to LinkedIn Premium you use InMail to contact
anybody you aren’t connected to at a 1st degree.

Nobody is obliged to respond to messages on LinkedIn.

If you want an answer, THINK about the language you are using before you type!
