Collecting Data

FINITE LANKA (PVT) LTD – COVID19 INSTUCTIONS

 Project manager (or appointed representative by PM) should collect all the Bio Data (Annex 1 in
Guide Lines) details of himself and all project team before project commencement.
 Please give instructions to Employees to obtain certificates from PHI or MHO, if needed.

Analyzing data
 Analyze the Data from all the employees and prepare a list of employees critical to the project
(Exclude employees who are from shut downed areas due to Covid-19, who are quarantined, who
have members of family who are quarantined/suspected, who is having cold, cough or fever).

Inform and Contact government personnel

 Inform relevant PHI and MHO (if needed) about work starting date, and relevant details of the
employees if needed.
Organizing and facilitating resources
 Appoint a team (Team A) headed by PM to facilitate required resources and organize and set up
resources by the team.
Implementation and monitoring
 Appoint a team (Team B) to Implement and monitor all precautionary measures and each
employee should be evaluated according to guide line and train the employees accordingly.
Precautionary measures
 Check the Body temperature before entering to the project premises (It should be below 36.70C
in the morning)
 All Employees must be sprayed with a disinfection sprayer (Solution made using Powder bleach
or Liquid bleach solution) including the foot outsole.
 All Employees must wash their hands using soap or hand wash at least for 20 seconds.
 All the employees must wear face masks at all times. Use it properly.
 All Employees must keep minimum 1 meter distance with each other.
 All Employees must not touch each other (Handshakes or any other). If a contact happens they
must wash their hands using soap.
 Always use inner side of the elbow to cover the nose when sneezing or coughing.
 Always use boots or shoes unique to each other.
 Disinfect the office areas, door handles and hand railings once per 3 hours (Refer Guide line)
 Clean and disinfect the toilets, washrooms and (Refer Guide line).
 Disinfect the site area at least once a day.
 Use 70% alcohol solution to clean hands only when washing is not possible.
 Use spray bottles with disinfection solution (Liquid Bleach or powder bleach solution) to disinfect
surfaces like table tops, plastic file covers at least once a day.
 Common devices with keypads, likely to be damaged by water should be disinfected by 70%
alcohol solution 3 times a day.
