We, Hera Pheri Films, are producing a web series for online release. The Producers desire to utilize
the services upon the terms and conditions contained in this Agreement..

We shall have the sole ownership of all content that will allow us to distribute it every way we can.

The contents of the script as well as the services required have already been discussed and agreed
upon.

The term of employment will be from 3rd to 5th of January and continue until the completion of
photography and recording of said role.

Producer shall pay the artist a salary of ​Rs. 8000 as well as incur the travel expenses ​for the whole
project as decided mutually. The amount shall be paid in full 7-8 working days following the
submittance of the legal invoice with the GST number, if applicable.

The artist is not entitled to reimburse any expenses done on their part pursuant to this Agreement.

If the offer is accepted, unless and until any other formal agreement is executed, this letter of
agreement, supplemented by the aforementioned customary terms and conditions, shall constitute the
parties' agreement.

Please sign this Offer letter and revert back as a token of acceptance.
