empowering farmers to adopt a sustainable supply chain while in turn developing the
communities of Sri Lanka. As for the mission, Cargills strive to serve the community,
customers and other stakeholders by remaining grounded in core values of its culture

The present objectives of Cargills mainly focus on bridging regional disparity, reducing
the cost of living and developing the communities of Sri Lanka. Therefore, strategies,
policies and codes of conduct are developed in way that integrates stakeholder
