INTRODUCTION

The manual details the technical and computer aspects of the

CORJUVEFROZA software in order to explain the structure of the application
for the use of the information system, this manual guides you through the
options provided by the system, the necessary data for the capture of
information are described. On the other hand, technical issues of the platform
where it was developed are addressed.
 OBJECTIVES OF THE MANUAL.

• Facilitate the training and education of personnel.

• They provide a comprehensive view of the processes that make up the work of
the company or organization.
• Feed the organization's history of procedures, then gain documentary value.

 TECHNICAL SPECIFICATIONS

The CORJUVEFROZA information system was developed for web

environments, this implies that it was necessary to use different programming
languages, among them this HTML which is a tag language, which is
interpreted by the user's browser, on the other hand This CSS which are style
sheets which are used to format the HTML elements, it was also necessary to
use JavaScript which is responsible for performing some effects and managing
events at the time the user interacts with the information, the mentioned
languages they are executed from the client side, on the other hand we have
the PHP language which is interpreted by the server, and the MySql database
administrator was also necessary for the creation of tables and information
management.

LOGIN TO THE SYSTEM

To enter the system, enter the IP address of the server (this is according to the
place where the information system is installed), once the system connects to
the server, it shows us a window like the one above, where it is necessary to
enter the user and Password.

REGISTER CAMPAIGN

Once we enter the system, the options menu appears on the left side, within
this menu we have the following options.
Register campaign, Register Follow-up, Register Project, Exit.
In this case we look at the campaign registration form, there the data related to
the campaign are entered, the fields that appear in the form have a placeholder
that guides the user to enter the information

MONITORING PROJECTS

This option allows the administrators of the information system to review the
respective projects added by the applicants, it also allows uploading the
progress of the different projects carried out
 REGISTER PROJECTS

It allows to register the projects within the information system, there you must
enter the applicant's data which will be loaded automatically, you must enter the
start date and the end date to determine the project time, objectives, scope and
budget for the execution of said project

REGISTER APPLICANTS.

It allows the registration of people who want to be applicants, in this HTML

document, all the information of the applicant is requested, from their identity
document number, names, surnames and also details of the parents.
 ADDITIONAL CONSIDERATIONS OR RECOMMENDATIONS

It is necessary for the good administration of the information system, that once
the processes have been completed, the information is immediately stored on
the server, so it is recommended that you save the data, keep in mind that if
you do not want to use the system for a good period of time please end the
session so as not to risk the system information.
