SUBJECT : Endorsement of Student Assistant

Dear Sir:

Greetings!

This is to respectfully endorse CARMELA D. DAGAWIN as a Student Assistant assigned to

your office from June 17 to August 18, 2020. Please kindly note of the following:

A. Schedule of duty is three times a week, you may freely negotiate with your assigned SA
your preferred schedule;
B. Service hours is only five (5) hours a day or fifteen (15) hours week, you may also
discuss this with your assigned SA; and
C. Given that we are currently implementing minimum health standard protocols, Student
Assistants are not allowed to go outside the University during their duty hours.

Should you have questions or further clarifications with respect to the deployment of Student
