    We, the Junior Journalists Club (JJC) PTA, in behalf of the SPJ students and guardians, would like to
    ask for the permission of your good office to allow our children to wear school uniform for the School
    Year 2022-2023.
    We come up with this request after conducting a survey regarding this concern and also citing reasons
    that led us to this decision. The result shows; 95 affirmative responses out of 105 parent or guardian
    respondents, 10 voted for the civilian, while 15 abstained from voting.
    We are looking forward for your favorable response.
