UNDERTAKING

Whereas, the Plot no. # 266, Sector – 06, admeasuring 1800 Sq.Mtr. in the Industrial Estate
IMT Manesar, Distt. Gurugram, Haryana was allotted by M/s Haryana State Industrial &
Infrastructure Development Corporation Limited having its registered office at C-14&14, Sector
– 06, Panchkula, Haryana (hereinafter referred to as “Corporation”) vide its Regular Letter of
Allotment ref. no. HSIDC dated 30.05.2000 in favour of Executant(s) Shri Mohit Sat Kumar, son
of Shri S. P. Kumar resident of R-1, NDSE, Part – II, New Delhi – 110049

Whereas, I have filed a request for seeking Lease Permission in favour of M/s MYSTAIR
Hygiene Care Pvt. Ltd., for their proposed project to Manufacture Tissue Papers and House
Keeping Liquids in the premises of Plot no. 266, Sec. 06, IMT Manesar, Gurugram, Haryana

Whereas, in terms of the said application, I Mohit Sat Kumar, son of Late Shri S. P. Kumar
resident of R-1, NDSE, Part – II, New Delhi – 110049, do hereby undertake as under :-

 That I have not added any additional / extra construction at the Site on Plot no. 266, Sec.
06, IMT Manesar after issuance of occupation certificate dated 09.11.2006

 That the construction at the Site is as per approved / sanctioned building drawings, and
within the norms of HSIIDC. And there is no zoning violation / extra coverage at the Site.

 That the proposed activity of the Lessee, M/s Mystair Hygiene Care Pvt. Ltd., is of
industrial nature.

 That the premises shall be used by the Lessee only for approved industrial / IT-ITES
activity and the same shall not be used for any other non-industrial activity.

  That the plot / premises do not have tubewell /borewell at Site.

That if I fails in observing the above condition(s) the Corporation shall be at liberty to cancel the
Leasing approval / allotment of Plot and take any action as per terms and conditions of
allotment and agreement signed with the me as allottee including taking over the demised
premises with all my assets therein without prejudice to all other rights of the Corporation.
