Additional information for SPT-8000-ED - File system full.

DETAILS

Type: Fault

fault.chassis.device.misconfig

Severity: Major

Description

The message ID: SPT-8000-ED indicates that the fault management function running on the service processor has determined that the /var/log file system has
exceeded the file system capacity limit.

Automated Response

The health daemon will attempt to remove older entries from the /var/log file system in order to make room for new entries.

Impact

Service processor may be unable to continue logging if unusually high events are occurring.

Suggested Action for System Administrator
