ARTICLES OF INCORPORATION
OF
“SENIOR PASTOR of CHIEF CORNERSTONE FUNDAMENTAL BAPTIST CHURCH”

KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:

1. That the undersigned, Rodelito De Jesus Marinas, is a Senior Pastor of the
Cornerstone Fundamental Baptist Church, and he desires to become a corporation sole under the
laws of the Philippines, under the name and style of “SENIOR PASTOR of CHIEF
CORNERSTONE FUNDAMENTAL BAPTIST CHURCH URDANETA CITY” with principal
office at Urdaneta City Pangasinan, Philippines;

2. That the rules, regulations, and discipline of his Church are not inconsistent with
his becoming a corporation sole, and do not forbid it;

3. That as such Senior Pastor, he is charged with the administration of the

temporalities and the management of the estate and properties of the Cornerstone Fundamental
Baptist Church within his territorial jurisdiction;

4. That said territorial jurisdiction comprises the province of Pangasinan;

5. That according to the rules, regulations, or discipline of the Cornerstone

Fundamental Baptist Church, vacancies in his Pastorate shall be filled as follows;

Should the office of the Senior Pastor be vacant, a committee composed of the
teaching staff, music director, deacons, shall recommend a qualified man, after
consultation with the other church leaders, to the church. After hearing him preach and
allowing sufficient time for proper interview and research, the membership shall vote on
his taking the pastorate. This committee should consider first possible candidate from the
church leadership before extending a call to non-members.

6. That these Articles are being filled so that the undersigned and his successor in
office shall become a corporation sole for all legal purposes.
