    Due to COVID-19 our company’s operations suddenly have stopped from March
    30, 2020 until today. I understand that our company’s policy is “No work, no pay.”
    In line with this, I am contacting you today to request from your good office the
    advance payment of my four (4) remaining vacation leave, as well as, my four (4)
    remaining medical leave so that it will be included in tomorrow’s cut-off for this
    month’s pay period.
