This is to inform your good office with regards to the applicant Mr. Lino Baynosa Burgos, objective to be a CCO
For Zone-1 Area assigned here in Magallanes branch as a replacement CCO.

Mr. Burgos is a 34years old and married for 5 yrs. to Mrs. Charisse Larga Burgos both had one child, aged 8
yrs old with special need (Autism), they are currently renting (with relatives) at Lourdes St. Jagobiao Mandaue
City. Upon barangay verification as tenants of the said barangay per record he has no derogatory record and
well known for his being a family man and he is a registered voter of Opaw Mandaue since 2016.

He was originally born and raised in Toril Salamanca Taboso Negros Occidental as his Provincial Address with
four siblings. His mother is still living in Negros Occidental as his father is already deceased.

Based on my background check to his last employer at Wheeltek Motor Sales Inc. He was assigned as
Collection Specialist with address at Gun-ob Lapu-lapu Branch for 2-years with no pending records, separated
form the company with a high record collection efficiency of 85%. According to his Previous Co-Worker, he is a
very resilient person, he is a good man, friendly to his co-worker and He has not been involved in any illegal
doings. He was separated due to his sons’ case that urgently in need of especial assistance that time.
According to one of his co-workers Mr. Burgos attitudes towards work was exceptional he was an outstanding
performer, no tardiness record and a good co-worker; he easily gets along with and he can do his work under
pressure.

Moreover, as per confirmation thru phone call on one of his references Mr. Rudy Villagracia who is currently a
Manager of Mitsukushi, with contact number 09190746787. As Mr. Burgos works with him before in Fundline
Finance Corporation they had no problem encounter with his attitude since Mr. Burgos has been good on his
field and performs his duties responsively, but unfortunately, he did not meet required expectations from their
home base in manila, so he voluntarily separated to the company but He assures that Mr. Burgos was a great
employee, he was even promoted that time but separated due to his family condition and had minor conflict
with his RM.

After the background check on his present brgy., previous employer and references, I reach Mr. Burgos thru a
phone call and confirmed to him on his application for Skygo, I asked about his interest in the job. And during
our conversation as per check on his resume, He is a graduate of BSIT Bachelor of Science in Information
Technology. Currently, he works at Foodpanda services and he is now eager to look for a stable job that will
compensate him well and that will give him the right benefits as well. He heard that Skygo has good
management and great benefits with a stable market industry. He would be very glad to be part of this
company. I honestly notice his willingness to work in our company and his knowledge to the job is exceptional
that would perfectly fit on the needs we look for Magallanes branch. Added to that among the
5-candidates/applicants we selected, he excels as the one who got the highest score evaluation in terms of
Intelligence Test and Driving Skills Test.

Therefore, I would like to inform you that Mr. Lino Baynosa Burgos is a qualified Credit and Collection Officer in
Magallanes Branch, he's Experience, Interest and Eagerness to get a permanent job is a good sign of
