AFFIDAVIT OF UNDERTAKING

I, EDGAR ALLAN OBEDENCIA ABOYO, of legal age, Filipino, single

and a resident of Sitio Mangga Tisa Cebu City, after having been duly sworn to
in accordance with law, depose and say:

1. That I am the accused in CRIMINAL CASE NO. M-CEB-19-02584-CR

for RECKLESS IMPRUDENCE RESULTING IN SLIGHT PHYSICAL INJURIES
before the Municipal Trial Court in Cities Branch 14, Cebu City;

2. That the Regional Trial Court Clerk of Court ATTY. PERPETUA

SOCORRO ENRIQUEZ-BELARMINO has issued certification that I have no
criminal case/s filed.

3. That per request of the Police Captain DEXTER B. BASIRGO, Acting

Station Chief has ordered the release of the motorcycle Honda XRM MC 125,
with plate number GC 81076.

4. I am solemnly promising and undertaking before this Honorable Court

to produce and present the motorcycle Honda XRM MC 125, with plate number
GC 81076 before this Honorable Court whenever required.

5. I am executing this affidavit to attest to the truth of the foregoing and to

support the release of the motorcycle Honda XRM MC 125, with plate number
GC 81076.
