Can Windows be used as a time sync server for

relays?
We can't advice to use Windows time sync for relays.
Microsoft states that Windows timesync server is not meant for accurate time sync. Our relays are designed for
+-1ms accuracy with SNTP and Windows time server can't provide even 1 second accuracy.
"The W32Time service cannot reliably maintain sync time to the range of one to two seconds. Such tolerances
are outside the design specification of the W32Time service. "
