If toner bottle with the re-worked toner bottle caps do fit inside the copier and problem persists, proceed with
the following:

Scenario 1:
The Toner Bottle Shutter Stopper Is not in the correct position. See photos below:
NG OK

Scenario 2:
There is a defective Toner Cartridge/Bottle Detection Board.
NG OK

SOLUTION:

Scenario 1: Reposition the Toner Bottle Shutter Stopper.

If necessary, replace the Toner Supply Housing Assembly Unit. Part Number D1963301.
Part description – HOUSING: TONER SUPPLY: ASSEMBLY

Scenario 2: Replace the Toner Bottle Detection PCB. Part Number D1965160.
Part description - PCB: BRB: GRI-C2.
