We, M/S company name hereby indemnify ONGC for any liabilities for
violation of the provisions of the EPF Act 1952 & ESI Act 1948 arising
out of declarations made by us.

We Certify that our labourers have been paid not less than minimum
wages as applicable.
All labour laws applicable including wages as per fair wage policy are
complied and we indemnify ONGC in respect of any issues that may
arise in this context.

a. The furnished information is correct to the best of my knowledge
b. In case of discrepancies or irregularities is / are noticed in this
undertaking, then ONGC is free to inform the PF / ESIC authorities.
c. Before the completion of contract, contract shall serve one month
notice to all his contractual workmen, failing which contractor’s
Bank Guarantee/Security Deposit may be withheld by ONGC

from ONGC to the government according to the applicable GST rules
and regulations
In this regard we undertake that we comply in all respects for payment
of Goods and Service Tax in time to the government
