Step 1. Separation of scales and flesh
Step 2. Removal of the flesh, bones, and eyes from the milkfish

Step 3. Application of borax and stuffing of cotton in the fish

Step 4. Stitching the scales of the fish

* We weren’t able to document these steps as we were enjoying and were too focused on doing
the rest of the whole procedure 

Tips:

 Use sharper scalpel blades to easily separate the skin/scales of the fish from the flesh
 Be careful in handling the fish since the scales easily detach from the skin
 It is advisable to work in an area with a good lighting for better concentration and
accuracy in doing the procedure
