I, Gyan Prakash hereby confirm that, I have been nominated by Systra MVA consulting India Pvt.

Limited [SMCIPL] to get training in IRISET training course at Indian Railway Zonal Training Centre at
Secunderabad. This training is being sponsored by SMCIPL.

Since this complete training is being organized and sponsored by SMCIPL, I do hereby acknowledge and
confirm that:

1. I have joined my duties at SMCIPL on Gauge Conversion project between Sabarmati and Botad
at Bavla site post approval of my CV from Client.
2. SMCIPL shall bear 50% of the training cost and I will bear balance remaining 50% of the training
cost. However, SMCIPL shall make an upfront payment of 100% training fee and I hereby
authorize SMCIPL to recover the amount from my monthly salary in 10 equal monthly
installments starting from the next month of my resuming the duties post completion of training
programme.
3. I hereby confirm and undertake to continue working with Systra for a minimum of 2 years after
completion of the said training programme.
4. SMCIPL reserves all rights to make a recovery of whole amount which will be invested on me in
while providing me with IRISET training, incase if I terminate my contract with SMCIPL before 2
years of continuous service.
5. I shall bear the entire cost towards my boarding and lodging expenses during IRISET training at
zonal training center, Secunderabad.

AND

This is an unconditional understanding being given by me as I undertake to pay 1,00,000 INR in the
event of leaving SMCIPL before completion of 2 years of my services the date of completion of training
course or my date of joining with SMCIPL.
