Memorandum

In cooperation with the government in the fight against COVId-19 Pandemic and in the best interest
of our employees, GTY International Corporation shall observe the following:

• Shortened working hours starting today March 16, 2020, Monday. Office hours will be from 8:30am
to 4pm for the duration of the community quarantine in Metro Manila until further notice.

• Except when there is scheduled delivery, then regular work hours of 8:30 to 6pm maybe observed
under discretion of officers-in-charge.

• All customer transactions after 4pm shall be processed on the next day in observance of the
community quarantine enforced in Metro Manila.

• GTY International Corporation shall shoulder the payment of salary for the shortened 2 hours daily
work hours of all their regular employees.

• GTY International Corporation resolve to advance to their employees the amount of P5,000.00 from
their 13th Month Pay to serve as emergency fund in light of the COVID-19 pandemic.

GTY International Corporation shall implement the above changes effective immediately.

NOTE: All mentioned above are under the discretion of management and are subject to change in
accordance with the developing situation of the COVID-19 pandemic in the Philippines. Thank You.
