    Subject: Jib Crane

    The jib crane for the LLDPE incinerator flame arrestor is being installed on the east side of the
    H0-501 blower. Please take a few minutes to review the attached operating manual. By reading
    the manual you are qualified to operate the jib crane. The bearing on top will need to be greased
    once every 6 months.

    Please use this crane to remove the flame arrestors to the pad on the east side of the incinerators
    to clean the flame arrestors.
