Find the 7th Axis Mastering Fixture

Assemble Dial Indicatore to Fixture

Calibrate the Dial Indicator with Calibration Bracket

Calibrate the Dial Indicator with Calibration Bracket to Zero

Take Note of where the where the revolution dial is stopped at for calibration

Find The Master Position Hash Mark for 7th Axis

and drive the robot to the most positive side of the hash mark

Align the Mastering Fixture to the center of thr hash mark

Mount the Calibration Fixture to the Track

Move the Robot Base toward the dial indicator until it touches the indicator and moves toward the zero
calibration with the appropriate revolution count

Turn On Master Enable

Select Single Axis Master(MENU-0-6)

Choose E1 (1) enter then F5

 Mastering the GenV External Axis 1

Goto Master Cal Menu, Choose item 6 Calibrate

DCS
You will need to apply DCS Change (F2: 1111)

Once Applied press OK (F4)

and restart the robot (FCTN 0-8)
