Assignment Description:

1- Write down at least 4 factors that are crucial, in your and opinion hold the most significance and
may cause project failures if not managed properly. Explore and research real life cases from
history that exhibits the importance of your stated factors. State (in your own words) exactly
what and when happened, how the organization suffered and how the loss could have been
avoided in your opinion. Moreover, explicitly mention the reference link for each case (if you
have used the internet) or Book + author name (if you have used a book) to support your stated
facts.
2- Study and explore two software / tool which facilitate software project management and has
conquered the market (e.g. MS Project, Asana etc). State what features it offer and techniques
it supports in term of knowledge areas. (Use its trial version for testing, attach screen shots)

 Keep it brief.
 Plagiarism will result in F grade
 Highlight the problem area.
 Suggest alternative solutions.
 Submit Hardcopy by 13th -March-2020
 Uses as minimum of page as you can, especially do not use an entire page for title.
Document should not be more than 3 pages (with front + back utilization).
