Project: Detailed Geotechnical Investigation work for underground section in between Chainage
32.80 Km (Rajiv Chowk) to Chainage 40.8 Km (Kherki Daula Toll) and in between Chainage 45.5 Km
to chainage 49.3 Km (in Manesar Area) of SKK (Sarai Kale Khan-SNB) RRTS Corridor.

Dear Sir
This is with reference to your work order & LOA dated 20.09.2019 regarding geotechnical
investigation works Rajiv Chowk & Manesar area as per tender contract aggreement the above
works has to be completed on or before 08.06.2020 but due to the Environment Pollution
(Prevention and Control) Authority stop the work in NCR & also from last three months due to
COVID-19 epidemic the progress of work was gone down as per our submitted work program, Now
we are facing labour problem to operate our all 14 rigs which is already deployed at site but still we
are trying to achieve 90 to 100 running meter work daily to complete the target before Nov 2020,
so we are requesting pls give extension upto Nov 2020 for completion of site, lab test & submission
of geotech reports. also we have requested in our earlier meetings at HO on 26.05.2020 for financial
help so that we can hire labour from other state.
