Flexible solution for a variety of applications
The Outokumpu TankCell® flotation units are a flexible solution for diverse
applications of rougher, scavenger and cleaner flotation. The widest range of cell
sizes available allows adjusting to manifold production rates. Mixing, aeration and
froth handling are designed case by case to best fit the feed material and application
in question.
Flotation mechanisms are designed to match different feed materials, from ultrafines
to coarse particles. Froth collecting is tailored according to froth characteristics, whether
strong or fragile, viscous or fluid. In addition, air consumption is optimized for each
application.
TankCell® units enable fast start-up under a full load. They are easy to operate and run
without sanding.
