Merchant Payments
- Daily Bank Reconciliation
- Request for Funding
- Processing daily merchant payments via credit to account and cheque payment
- Processing of Refunds
- Processing of Balance Transfer and Convert to Cash Request
- Ensure Accurate and Timely posting of unposted DOS transactions and rejected transactions
- Ensure Accurate and timely processing of inhouse EPP transactions ( Balance Transfer ,
Convert to Cash, and Cash Advance )
- Validation of daily merchant payment advise versus merchant processed transactions
- Sending of Monthly withholding tax certified to acquired merchants
- Checking for negative file listing of sole proprietorship, partnership, and incorporators name
via VISA trace Merchant System and Mastercard Match before Merchant Onboarding
- Ensure the pertinent records are properly maintained and safe keep for verifications and
reference purposes
- Service Fulfillment Unit in resolving all customer issues/ enquiries relating to merchant
settlement transaction
- Answering queries of merchants through emails and phone calls
