Employee working for a multinational company is assigned with international

assignments to grow up in the positions which could become asset on the employee
profile. We could see that the employees in the diverse work culture follows less
ethnocentric attitude. Understanding and embracing other people culture in a
business setting helps in improving good working relation, excellent service
delivery, and peaceful working conditions in the business setup (Li et al., 2017).
When the organizations want to grow up on international level embracing cultural is
important as talent could be found in any corner of the world. The organizations
would mostly have geocentric attitude considering best practices around the world
and implementing them for the best results. We could see that countries involves in
trading blocks to reduce the barrier of cross border interaction to get the market,
tariff benefits. Global organization which has multiple operational branches across
the world will import and export their products across the countries hiring foreign
representatives.
Management and leadership team of any organizations at international levels should
have a thorough understanding of managing and changing the workforce profile from
place to place. Any complex situations could arise due to the difference in many
terms like culture, way of thinking etc. having a good understanding on the
different workforce gives management team an advantage in successfully dealing with
complex challenges and turn them in to the great opportunities for the organization
growth.
