    Are my questions skinny or fat?

    The best guided inquiries have lots of fat questions. But, what is a fat question?

    A fat question is open ended, can not be answered with a yes or no, needs lots
    of information to answer it and explains the response in detail.
    A skinny question can be answered with a yes or a no and have a simple, short
    response.

    Here are some question starters that are used for fat and skinny questions.
