INTRODUCTION

Since the first generation reforms introduced in 1991, India is first moving towards

Globalisation and integrating itself in to the world market. The markets have become

consumer oriented as he has many choices to choose from. This has led to influx of

large number of products into the market with nearly all the products undergoing a

change. As the income of the man he is going in for products that provide him

satisfaction and pride. Everybody wants to be praised and can go upto any extent for

this. The wooden industry is undergoing a very mammoth change and people are fond

of many designs and cutting in their furniture . Even the trend has started in

commercial sectors also where people are cautious how their establishment looks and

creates impression on the client. This has led to formation of large industries, which

caters to the demands of the customers. With the growth of Industries a large demand

has been created for these wooden furniture. This has led to a huge demand for

designer furniture and attraction source carving, which the Promoter wishes to take

full advantage.

Greater Noida has become a major Industrial address in the Nation and houses a very

large number of Industries. Adequate Infrastructural facilities have been created in the

city which provide a conducive and healthy environment in which the Modern day
Industries can function and grow at a galloping pace. The promoter is willing to set

up a Industrial unit wooden job work , designing , carving & allied works. Promoter
