LEGALLY BINDING AGREEMENT

BETWEEN

1. “Medlink Students Limited” (hereafter called “Agency”) agrees to process the application
and guarantees acceptance for the above-named “Client” to the agreed upon year of entry, year
, on the agreed upon medicine program within Europe, leading to M.D./Dentistry
qualification.

1.2. The Agency must use its best endeavours to act towards the Client conscientiously and in
good faith and not to permit its interests to conflict with the services that it owes to the Client under
this agreement and the general law.

1.3. To represent the Client and provide the services as seems in the best interest of the Client.

A. Information gathering: The Agency will review all information compiled by the Client
required for their admission and placement with the University, including previous examination
results as required by the University’s eligibility standards for admission. The Client agrees to
provide their documentation in a timely and reasonable manner as requested by the Agency.

B.1. Payment of Initial Deposit – Thereafter the Agency guarantees the processing of the application
of the Client ONLY on the receipt of an initial deposit equal to £1000 towards administrative fees. Any
application received by the Agency which does not accompany the above- agreed initial deposit will
not be processed.

B.2 The Agency guarantees to get the Client accepted at the agreed upon medical school in
Europe according to clause 1. The agency services are listed under schedule 1 of this contract.
In addition to getting the acceptance letter, the Agency promises to help the Client throughout
their stay in Europe, and upon their return to the UK.

C. Client services – On payment of the initial deposit and successful submission of all
required documentation, the Agency will process the application, for which all of the Client’s own
travel costs and cost of accommodation are to be met by the Client upon attending the compulsory
entrance exam (if any.) The Client is to not assign the services of a third party providing the same
or similar services as the Agency, throughout the duration of this agreement. The client must meet
the predicted grade agreed upon with the advisor.

D. Placement – The Client understands that:

D.1. On successful confirmation of being awarded a place at the University, the Client is obliged to
pay a £1000 payment toward the agency fee, within three days to confirm their place onto the medical
program of the university.

D.2. Under any circumstances, if the Agency does not receive the above-agreed remaining
amount by the specified date then the Client will be removed from the University and their initial
deposit will be forfeited. The Client may also be subject to additional interest rates.

D.3. Upon enrolling at the university, the Client must pay the remaining tuition fees.

E. Client Withdrawal – Under any circumstances, after the initial deposit has been received, if
the Client withdraws from the application process, the Agency will not refund the initial deposit paid
towards the administration costs.

F. If the Client changes their mind about their desire to study medicine in Europe, the Client
has a 14-day cooling-off period to cancel this service. The Client will receive the amount paid minus
any costs that the Agency has already incurred or loss of profit, such as university application fees,
translation fees, bank processing fees etc.

G. The agency GUARANTEES to get the Client an ACCEPTANCE into the medical school
in Europe, or the deposit is refunded minus £200.

H. The Client may write down, below their signature, the university or universities that
they have a preference for in order of the most preferable to least preferable.

I. For any queries, the Client can communicate with Medlink Students. Clients who have not
received their school/university certificates yet are responsible for sending their
certificates/transcripts as soon as they receive them. Acceptances are usually sent to the Client
within a few of months of applying, but on very rare occasions can take up to September to be sent
to Clients. Please contact us if you have concerns about any delays.

J. Power of Attorney: the Client authorises the Agency and its representatives, to prepare,
sign, execute, submit and receive on their behalf documents and all kind of information related to
the university application, admission and enrolment as a student at the appropriate medical
university, including re-authorisation of third parties (such as, translators, solicitors, notaries,
governmental offices etc.) in compliance with the subject of this power of attorney.

K. All fees and expenses payable pursuant to this Agreement as per section D.3. must be
paid together with value added tax or any similar tax (if any) properly chargeable thereon in any
jurisdiction. Any value added tax chargeable in respect of the service supplied by the Agency under
this Agreement shall, on delivery of the value added tax invoice, be paid in addition to any sum
agreed to be paid hereunder.

L. Both the parties understand and agree to the above terms and conditions. A breach of the
terms of this agreement may result in immediate termination of the contract with no obligation of a
refund.

Medlink Students offers Clients a package that comprises all of the following services:
Pre-application process
 You'll have a free consultation with a medical student who has personally gone
through the complex procedures of going to study in Europe.
 Get your own assigned student advisor to listen to your story and guide you.
 Free advice and guidance on the most suitable universities for you.
 One-to-one advice on life in the respective European country.
 Advise on choosing between Medicine, Dentistry or any other specialty.
 Liaising between you and the university regarding your admission.
 Guidance on any concerns you may have or questions regarding any required
documents or the application procedure.
 Access to assistance at the university which you will study at, in Europe.

Application process
 Professional completion of your documents
 Translation of your documents.
 Certification, legalisation of documents then getting apostilles if necessary.
 Getting your guaranteed acceptance letter from the ministry of education and/or
university in the country that you'll be studying in.
 Tutorials, revision material and help with the entrance exam and interview.
 The application fee is covered by us.
 Personally handling your documents and submitting them to the university.
 Assistance with visa application and processing, if necessary.
 Assistance with payment of Tuition fee to the university.

General support
 Assistance with planning your journey to Europe and advice on transport methods
and temporary accommodation
 Airport pick-up: One of our representatives will meet you at the local airport that is
closest to the university and transport you to our office, so we ensure that you are
safe, and set you up with everything that you need.
 Introducing you to the team of students who you'll see on campus regularly and who
will support you throughout your stay in the university.
 Organise or inform you of student social events to help you make friends before the
course begins.
 Finding accommodation: We help you get affordable and ideal accommodation
tailored to what suits you best via our trusted estate agents.
 Help setting up bills/internet/a local sim-card, we will help you with all of this so
you do not have to lift a finger.
 Setting up a local bank account: we advise you on the best banks to use with the
best conversion rates, and we will help you set up an account.
 Assistance on finding whatever you need throughout your stay in Europe, such
as restaurants with special dietary-requirements (vegan/vegetarian).
 We will assist you with applying for, and legalising your residence permit in the
country you’ll be living in
 We will help you apply for your Medical insurance.
 We will give you tours of the city, and the university and show you all the ins-and-
outs of living in the area, or as our students like to say "we'll make you street smart."
 Academic support from older students who studied the same course as you will be.
 Advice with revision and preparation for your mid-terms/exams from students who've
already aced them.
 Access to the revision notes from older students and exactly how to prepare for
exam, during your degree.
 We will add you to the Facebook/WhatsApp group of your respective university so
you can interact with the rest of our students.
 Finally, we will support you throughout your stay in Europe; you'll frequently see us
on campus and we're always available.

Post-Graduation

 We will support you in the process registering with the General Medical/Dental
Council.
