Welcome to Fight Yourself Fit!


Congratulations. You've just taken your first step to becoming fighting fit. This is where the real
training starts - I'm so excited for you!

Please take a look at the "Help Video" below and the "Quick Help Guide PDF. These will give you
valuable safety and technique information, to ensure you train safely.

The "Quick Help Guide" PDF includes the original 60 day workout schedule. This help guide is now
even easier to follow, as we've included it in your lesson schedule.

Your Training Schedules


If you find an 8 week plan a bit daunting, please don't worry - we've also organised the workouts into
bite-sized training slots. You can follow any of the suggested schedules, or pick-and-choose your
workouts from the pick-and-mix workout section.

4 WEEK Schedules (Monday-Friday)


4 Week "Mixed Bag" - Alternate between tech / power & speed workouts.
4 Week "Technique Only" - Build up your technique & get super fit.
4 Week "Power & Speed" - High intensity bag work (less focus on technique).

The Original 60 Day Ultimate Punch Bag Workout (Monday-Friday)


Optimised training schedule. This is the best way to learn how to box whilst shredding fat. The
Original ULTIMATE punch bag workout.
