Dear Parent/Guardian or Lucky Listener,

Your child brought home a Take Home Book and Reading Log today for
homework. Please be sure to listen to your child read the book. After your child
has finished reading, have your child retell the story and/or talk about what
he/she has learned from the book.

Please make sure you and your child sign the reading log in the appropriate
boxes. Your child will sign under the box marked as Student Signature, and you
will sign under the box marked as Parent Signature to indicate your child has
completed the reading homework with you.
