I have provided a parent progress form
that you can keep in each child’s
reading response homework bag. This is
to be used for parent suggestions and
to let you know if they would like their
child to have an easier/harder book. I
would suggest laminate this and
include a dry erase marker in the bag
so you never have to refill the bag with
this progress paper. Also, if you would
like I have provided mini-pages for
additional comments from parents. I
cut out about 10, cut and staple in the
corner. When a parent writes a
comment it is easy to find in the child’s
bag and all comments are together in
one place throughout the year.
