Experience as a process engineer

 Developing, configuring and optimizing industrial processes from

inception through to start up and certification.
 Assessing processes, taking measurements and interpreting data and
trends.
 Designing, running, testing and upgrading systems and processes.

 highly focussing on optimize olefins operation incorporating revamps through
process simulation. These models aided to maximize plant productivity and to
reduce energy consumption. Developing these types of models in our classes
would be beneficial for predicting the performance of conventional and non-
conventional hydrocarbon and it will also contribute to enhancing process
operation performance and energy efficiency, reducing environmental concerns,
mostly issues discussed by our students.

What would you include to our department courses

During my classes if I want to include topics of Process Safety

Some assignments include review plans and specifications for new machinery
and equipment to make sure that they meet safety requirements. I guide my
students to Identify and correct potential hazards by inspecting facilities,
machinery, and safety equipment using PIDs and PFDs. Evaluate the
effectiveness of various industrial control mechanisms.

Process safety management, safety data sheet, incidents, accidents, Fires and
explosions (bleve, boilover) what if, hazop and other fundamental concepts
Ocupational safeety explosion protection/explosives/munitions, industrial hygiene, fire
dynamics/modeling, process safety, or other similar fields.

In addition to my technical qualifications, I have always striven to enhance my

leadership and teamwork skills as well.
