Abstract:

Customer Relationship Orientation Toward


Market Knowledge for Adopting Competitive
Strategies
Case Study Based on Customers Point Views of Telecommunications Companies
in the State of Kuwait

This study aim to clearify the impact of knowledge market on


competitive strategies selection based on kuwities telecommunication
companies clients, The study problem role and importance fouced on
knowledge market of business enterprises today on the light of
economical changes and trends to select the visable and capable
competitive strategies based on market changes and trends to comply
with clients services demanded.

The study consist all kuwitie telecommunication companies were are


(zain, viva,and watanieh).A cluster sample of clients were selected with a
total of(385) clients. The researcher designed a set of questionnaire which
consist of two major parts were as:the first part is regarding the
demographical data of the study sample which consist of (3) items,and
the second part regarding the study variables which consist of (38) items.
A group of statistical methods used for data analysis were as: the mean,
Standard deviation, pearson correlation coefficient , t-test,Anova one
Way analysis.

The study comes out with a group of results and most is:

1. The level of knowledge of competitive strategies selection was


high.

2. There is a statistical positive correlated significant toward


knowledge market based on study sample responses.

3. A high mean with a (4.02) for defferntaition strategy, and cost
leader with a mean of(3.57),and (3.23) for foucasing strategy.

The researcher provide a group of recommendations and the most


are:

1. It’s necessarly for adopting acomprehensive knowledge market by


kuwities telecommunication companies in regard to clients,
competitors to gatherd a curate informations as a major step for a
cheiving market success and marketing plans development.

2. It’s necessarly to asure that the use of knowledge market aim to


understand clients in a beter status in order to ensure clients loyalty
and revenues.

3. It’s necessarly to guide decision makers on kuwitie


telecommunication companies for knowledge market and it’s
information for service sector for achieving a competitive
advantage.
