1 Application Scope of the User Manual
Applicable to EN-C7 Central Infusion Management System
This user manual is described based on the software functions of the Central Infusion Management System.
The software needs to work with the designated infusion workstation, syringe pump, and infusion pump. The
functions or accessories mentioned in the user manual may not be available in the products actually used by
the user. For more information, please contact us.

This user manual covers basic information about the safety and efficacy of the product to guide proper
installation, commissioning, operation, use and maintenance. Please read this user manual carefully before
using the product in order to use the product correctly. Please keep the user manual in a safe place for your
reference.

Chapter 2 Safety Instructions
2.1 Warnings
The warnings involved indicate that the risk of death or injury may result if not observed.
The central infusion management system is used for remote monitoring and management of bed
operation status, infusion information, drug information, alarm information, and patient information in
the LAN during clinical use, and must be operated by professional medical personnel.
Set the system alarm volume according to the actual situation of the patient. The patient should not rely
solely on the audible alarm of the central infusion management system for infusion monitoring of the
patient, and should pay close attention to the actual situation of the patient.
The maintenance and upgrade of the central infusion management system should be carried out by
maintenance personnel trained and authorized by the company.
2.2 Cautions
Cautions/Precautions: The precautions involved indicate that the risk of personal injury or property
damage if not observed.
This product does not include infusion pumps and infusion workstations. Supporting our company's
infusion workstation with WIFI module (EN-D7 Smart) or infusion pump with WIFI module (EN-S7
series syringe pump, EN-S5D series syringe pump, EN-V7 series infusion pump, EN -V5 series infusion
pump, EN-V3 series infusion pump).
Users cannot rely solely on this product. This product cannot completely replace the clinical observation
of the infusion pump by medical personnel.
Please ensure the accuracy of the computer system time, so as not to record the wrong information, or
delay the alarm information.
The supporting computer hardware and software should meet the operational requirements of this
product.

Chapter 3 Installation
3.1 Installation
1)Unzip the software installation package.
4)Enter the password 1006 in the password input box of the installation interface that pops up, and click the
“Next” button.

5)Select the directory where the software is installed. Use the default directory here and click the “Next”
button.
6)Select the “Create desktop shortcut” checkbox to create a desktop shortcut and click the “Next” button.

(2) turn on the WLAN switch for the pump , click “network connection” to input the access point name and
password of wireless route, and click “TCP / IP” to configure the parameters of local IP, subnet mask, default
gateway, server IP and server port “10060”.
Note: the last digit of the local IP must be distinguished from the server IP. If the server IP is 198.168.0.100,
the local IP can be set to 198.168.0.222. When connecting multiple pump ends, the local IP must not conflict.

Chapter 4 Basic Operation
User open EN-C7, it will prompt an interface as following:
On the left side of the title bar at the top of the interface are company and product information. On the right
is the hospital information, followed by the hospital icon, hospital name and department name.
At the bottom of the interface is the software menu bar:Bed Monitor、Drug Library、Patient Monitor、
Recipe management、History、Setting, and Recipe management、Drug Library、Setting Real Scene Edit、
Department Setting、Mobile infusion observation function is optional.
"Bed monitor" window: main display box on the left, remaining time & alarm display box on the right.
The main display box is divided into all bed interfaces and VIP bed interfaces:
In bed information includes: bed number, patient information, infusion pump type, infusion information,

alarm information, VIP information.
When the mouse arrow moves over the bed icon, the VIP icon will appear in the upper right corner.
Click the icon to add the bed to the VIP. At the same time, the icon is changed to 10 VIP beds at most.
After joining the VIP bed, the user can view the bed icon with larger characters in the VIP interface.
Double click the bed icon to enter the bed details interface, including patient information, infusion
information, workstation information, and VIP bed settings.
a) patient information: including medical record number, name, gender, age, height and weight settings.
b) infusion information: channel number, drug, status, category, preset quantity, speed, remaining time,
cumulative quantity
Channel number: when the infusion pump is networked through the workstation, the corresponding channel
number in the workstation will be displayed; "--" will be displayed when the single pump is networked;
The display contents of drug remaining time information include: bed number, remaining time, drug and type.
The shorter the remaining time, the earlier the infusion information is displayed.
The list of drug remaining time information only shows the currently running infusion pump.

generate corresponding voice and text prompts according to the high, middle and low level of the alarm. See
Chapter 5 of this manual for details.

4.2 Drug Library Information Management
Click “Drug Library” to enter the drug library information management window. The window displays
the drug information in the form of a list.
Click the “Add” button to directly enter the "Edit" window of drugs to add drug information.
Click“Import” button to import the external drug information into the central infusion management system.
Click“Export” button to export the existing drug information of the central infusion management system
to the local file.
Click “Deliver” button, select the infusion pump to be distributed in the pop-up equipment list, click
"confirm", and the drug information of the system will be distributed to the corresponding pump end.
Warning:
● the drug store information management can only be operated by users with permission. Restrict by setting the
password for drug library editing.
Click the "Add" button to open the new patient information window, and click the "OK" button to save the
patient after editing. All information of the patient must be filled in completely. Click the "reset" button to
roll back the patient information to the state before editing.
The editable patient attribute information includes bed number, patient name, medical record number, gender,
age group, birthday, height and weight. The input of bed number is limited to 1-100; the maximum input of
patient name is 48 English characters or 16 Chinese characters; the maximum input of medical record number
is 24 English characters or numbers or 8 Chinese characters; the input range of height is 0-250; the input
range of weight is 0-300. The date of the birthday must be separated by "-" and the birthday cannot exceed
the date of the day.
Select the patient information to be modified, click "Edit" to open the editing window of the patient, and
click "OK" to save the modified information after modification.

Select the patient information to change the bed, click "Change bed", pop up the bed change interface, fill in
an empty bed number, and click "OK" to complete the bed change operation.
Select the patient information to be removed, and click the "Discharge" button to indicate that the patient
information has been deleted. Only after the patient information is deleted can a new patient be added to the
bed. After the patient is discharged, the patient information will disappear from the display window.
The patient information management window can observe up to 100 pieces of patient information. If you
want to observe patients who have been monitored by the central monitoring system in the past, you can view
them through the "history review".
The prescription information management window contains the functions of importing and exporting
prescription information.
Click the "Export" button to export the existing prescription information to the local file.
The window includes the functions of viewing infusion record, pump history record, prescription record and
patient record.
Click the "infusion record" button to enter the function of viewing infusion record, select an online patient,
set the viewing time range, and click query to view the infusion record and infusion trend chart of the patient.
Click the "pump history" button to enter the view pump history function, select the SN number of the pump
to be queried, click the "query" button to view the pump history, and click the "export" button to save the
pump history. History information is displayed as a list.
Click the "prescription record" button to enter the view history prescription function, and the system displays
the history prescription information in the form of list. Select the patient, bed number, drug and execution
time, and click "search" to search for a specific prescription. The show all button is used to return to the list
of all historical prescriptions.
Click the "patient record" button to enter the view historical patient function, and the system displays the
historical patient information in the form of a list. Select the patient, bed number, entry time and removal
time, and click "search" to search for a specific patient. The show all button is used to return to the list of all

historical patients.
When the central infusion management system is used together with the infusion pump with Wifi module, it
includes the function of viewing and exporting the infusion pump history, infusion trend chart and patient
record.
When the central infusion management system is used with the workstation with Wifi module, only the
patient record viewing function is available.
You can select the "room", "vertical door", "horizontal door", "vertical bed" and "horizontal bed" icons to
draw with the mouse, and long press and drag them to the blank area on the right to draw the real picture of
the ward bed.
Click the “Load” button to open the previously saved live view.
You can set the color of the live view through “Color”.
It includes the display of bubble size, cumulative bubble, KVO rate, occlusion pressure, pressure unit, finish
pre alarm, reminder alarm, consumables setting, system settings and night mode settings.
Click "Edit" and enter the password to enable the editing function. The Save button saves and sends the
current department parameters to the pump.
Password protection is provided for the operation of login and logout of central infusion management system,

drug store, real picture editing, Department parameters and database.
Service password is a built-in password and cannot be modified. The sister password and the director
password can be modified by yourself.
4.10 Help
Click “Setting”→“System settings”→“Help Document”,in the main interface to view the description
information and version information of the central infusion management system.
Click “Setting”→ “Database setting”, in the main interface to backup and restore the database.
Manual backup: after setting the backup path, click the "save" button.

Automatic backup: select the "on" radio box for automatic database backup, set the backup time, and
automatically back up to the "database backup" folder in the installation document; turn off the automatic
backup function and select the "off" radio box.
Database restore: search to select the saved database file and click recover.
Users can open the browser on the mobile end of the LAN and enter the corresponding web address to view
it.
4.14 Others
Click "setting" → "system settings" in the main interface to set the hospital information, language and date
format.
Hospital information setting: set the hospital name, hospital icon, department name and number of beds.

Step 2: After opening the config.ini file, there will be 4 parameters that need to be configured. ConnectType
represents the connection method between the central station and the HIS system. ConnectType configuration
1 means the central station is the client and the HIS system is the server; 2 means the central station is the
server and the HIS system is the client; and 3 means communication over UDP mode. DestIp represents the
IP address connected to the HIS system, DestPort represents the port number connected to the HIS system,
and LocalPort represents the port number of the machine.
Step 3: Save the file and exit after completing the configuration, the central station will automatically connect
to the HIS system according to the configuration

Chapter 5 Alarm Prompt and Troubleshooting

After the purchase of this product 1 year free software maintenance services. Fill in the maintenance period
from the "warranty card" that comes with the installation date shown. "Warranty card" is the only evidence
