Projects Working On: -LMD (Light& Medium duty)& HD (HeavyDuty) BSIV & BSVI trucks and buses.

Roles & Responsibility:

Assembly Line Validation, Assembly Simulation and Ergonomic Simulation:-

• Creating full actual 3D facility of plant in virtual Environment (DELMIA V5).

• Creating and Restructuring of 3D facility of plant in 3D EXPERIENCE.
• Data Migration of entire Virtual 3D plant from DELMIA V5 to 3D EXPERIENCE.
• New product validation by creating simulation in DELMIA V5.
• Performing Ergonomic simulation in DELMIA V5, to find out the operator posture & fatigue
analysis, operator hand reach availability, visibility issues, hand clearance &collision issues while
handling the assembly parts inline.
• Performing Assembly simulation and Tool accessibility for easy assembly of parts (clearance & collision check)
• In DELMIA V5, so as to find out the Assembly Feasibility, and to check the feasibility of part fitment in assembly
line.
• Identify the requirement of tools, fixture and line side facilities for new product.
• Creating process sequences for particular vehicle assembly line on excel sheet and importing it in DELMIA V5.
• Mapping of Product, Process & Resources for respective Lines & Stations (PPR Mapping) in DELMIA V5.

Assembly Process Design/Creation:-

• Generate Product Process Sequence using MS excel for completion of Process Sheet.
• Develop complete vehicle process deck in Process planning application tool. (DPE ).
• Generating Station wise List of Resources for creation of 3D Plant Virtually.
• Process sheet study & updating Process Sheets.
 • Creation of vehicle MBOM (Manufacturing Bill of Material) from the reference of
EBOM(Engineering bill of material) T&F Assembly Line in3D EXPERIENCE.
• Automatic creation of Frame phantom by using DELMIA V5 and 3rd party application.
