process, follow up for the standard parts procurement and critical process responsibility like
bending ,Riveting and assembly and process documentation. Propose the manufacturing process
solutions for every single component and participate in the first equipment inspection /approval.

• MAKINO:-
Design, Development and fabrication of MAKINO:-The role was to design & Development –
coordination with MAKINO design engineers right from concept to prototype ,costing estimation,
Preparing 3D model, Preparing BOM, preparing development drawing for the use of shearing
process, follow up for the standard parts procurement and critical process responsibility like
bending, Riveting and assembly and process documentation. Propose the manufacturing process
solutions for every single component and participate in the first equipment inspection /approval .
