In this article, the author discusses how Quality Function Deployment (QFD) can shape healthcare
infrastructure design decisions. The development of infrastructure is the complicated set of operation
and according to author research the current infrastructure of healthcare do not have ability to deliver
the efficient healthcare services. To build an effective infrastructure management the basic challenges
are:

 To adjust the infrastructure objective with the ambience and the action.
 Develop article strategies between different functions / departments or groups of stakeholders
that are tied to a strong silo culture.
 Manage accordingly the multiple amateur with different absorption.

QFD is the planning tool that fulfill the customer need. The efficient implementation of QFD can improve
quality and reduce cost. QFD can be applied to build strong environment and reduce the complexity to
overcome issues related,

 linking the planning and design phases,


 capturing and using the ‘voice of the customer’ (VoC) as a design input,
 enhancing the communication and decision-making processes for the main stakeholders and
 provide an alternative and robust method to complex infrastructure procurement.

The infrastructure level in this research represent tow iteration that is operation strategies and the voice
of stakeholder both are the starting point

 To must consider the voice of customer, decision maker, patients and the user at the time of
design of infrastructure and providing of services operation.
 To improve continuously different department strategies.
