0 Executive Summary
Bundle items are preloved goods that are sold at very low prices. Usually these bundled
goods are brought directly from overseas such as Japan, USA and Europe. For example,
here in Kota Samarahan there are EZY Bundle. Ezy Bundle located behind one of the malls
in Kota Samarahan which is Aiman Mall. The location is very strategic due to close to public
university and that’s why EZY Bundle is always filled with university students from UITM
Samarahan and UNIMAS.

EZY Bundle Kota Samarahan was owned by partnership between two people which is
Mr. Benny Hiu and Mr. Desmond Chang. They have four employees which is one cashier,
one selector and two for item services. Their mission is to help the people who not capable
of styling and who can’t afford clothes from the original outlet. Besides, they establish
bundles not only to sell but to help low-income people where they sell items starting at a low
value of RM2. Ezy Bundle gets the bulk of their items mostly from Korea as they are usually
vaccinated and washed before being sold. Ezy Bundle provide many preloved different
items from hats to shoes and various home decor items such as curtains, sheets, pillow
covers and many more which is from RM2 to RM55.

Ezy Bundle was well known with the influence of social media toward his business,
because we can see that they use Instagram, Facebook, and WhatsApp as their
communication tools to reach to their customer. Although it was not daily updated, but we
can see the effort they bring to promote their business.
2.0 INTRODUCTION

The term of entrepreneurship refers to a process of innovation and new venture creation
through 4 main dimensions which are individual, organizational, environmental and process.
Then, entrepreneur is individuals who form or lead their own business and develop the business
growth and prosperity. In addition, entrepreneurship provides students with the skills, motivation
and knowledge to encourage them to actively participate in entrepreneur field.

The main purpose of the case study in entrepreneurship is to analyses and identify the
problem occurred may be due to the technology, process, product and service oriented. After
researching on a case study, several method or solution will be provided to cope with this
problem.

Hence, to be an entrepreneur of bundle businesses, there are many problems that must be
overcome, those problems are:

i. Damages to the certain bundle items and need to be service

Bundle businesses will always face this problem such as damages to certain items from a
supplier and the items need to be service. This is because their product is not a new item, but
all the products are used items or pre-loved items such as jackets, jeans, bags, shoes and
blazer that they get from a various supplier. For example, the product may be defect such as
dirty and ripped.

ii. Time-consuming in the process of determining the grades either premium or

standard

All the item or product need to be divided into certain grades. For example, in EZY Bundle
they are dividing their items into 2 Grade which are premium and standard. The item that with
good quality and still in good condition will be in premium grade, but low-quality item and in less
good condition will be in standard grade. This process will take a lot of time-consuming because
this is done manually by the workers so they can state the price of the items based on grades.

iii. Low technology

Lack of the technology for example, the strategy for paying procedure the fact that EZY
Bundle just gives the technique for paying in term of cash only. Other than that, EZY Bundle
doesn't give an elective strategy for paying, for example, card paying machine. Henceforth, this
will end up being an issue if any clients didn't have money during that time and they just want to
pay using a credit card.
