Public facilities are All facilities that are built and
constructed by the state for the sake of the public
interest as they differ from private facilities or
properties by the Right to benefit from them for All
people regardless of their segments and their social
levels and that the existence of the facilities of the
public in the country is necessary in order to
facilitates the lives of people, and to provide them
with different services besides entertaining them,
public facilities vary between facilities that provide
health services such as,:hospitals,health centers and
facilities that provide educational services, such
as:school, government, universities, and public
facilities that provide entertainment to people such as
. public parks ,as well as ministries
