Findings, Conclusion and Recommendation

This chapter summarizes the findings, formulates conclusions and proposes

recommendation.

Findings

This study determined the General Mathematics topics perceived by the Grade 12

SHS Leaners of DEFEMNHS and diagnosing the problem and remedy Suggestion. This

study is on the profile of different SHS strands of DEFEMNHS wherein the researcher use

stratified random sampling in order to come up with 200 sample populations. Those selected

leaners are evaluated by using questionnaires as an instrument.

The study shows that the most hated or have a higher difficulty in General

Mathematics is the Function and the much easier or in average difficulty is the Basic Concept

of Loans. According to our dear respondents, there’s lot of reasons that affects their way of

understanding those topics. With their different responds, the researchers came up in a

conclusion or a theme that describes this whole thing which is inner self. A person is

unpredictable in different means, inner self is our philosophy and at the same time a

judgment. General Mathematics became more complicated because our inner self dictates

that we can’t which makes us pessimistic. The researchers also gathered relevant information

from the respondent on how to cope up these struggles of Grade 12 students, Senior High

School, according to the data gathered an overall theme was formulated which is

communication. According to result of this research, communication plays a big role in this

Conclusions

Based on the study, the following conclusions were drawn from the study:

1. The learners have the difficulties in Function among the General Math topics.

2. The learners have average difficulties in Basic Concept of Loans.

3. Inner self have a great impact on how they view things which is most exactly

about General Mathematics

4. Inner self makes the big role in the difficulties.

5. The students judgment on the General Math Topics

6. Overall theme was formulated which is communication.

7. Communication is one of the most important aspects in learning.

Recommendation

Based on the findings and conclusions presented, the following recommendations are

suggested:

1. Student should rebuild their inner self to develop their self-esteem for them to

eliminate the fear in Math and have the strength to able face these topics.

2. There should be a good communication between student and teacher for them to

understand each other. A better communication will help young students to realize

and learn things better at the same time for the teacher to know what the best

strategy to use to teach to his/her student.

3. Student should be optimistic when it comes to the topics of General Mathematics.
