Dear Dean Torreon,

I am Jennica Gyrl Delfin, currently enrolled under the 4-year program in Jose Maria College
of Law, School Year 2020-2021.

I am writing this letter to seek for your approval in allowing me to take one (1) subject in the
2nd year 5-year program which is Property and to open Taxation 1 in the 3rd Year 4 Year
Program 1 on Prism considering that I already passed all pre-requisite subjects for both
Property and Taxation 1. Property is the only 2nd year major subject that I took but failed. My
final grade for Property under Atty Kristine Quibod was 70. With regards to Taxation 1 under
the 4 year program, the subject is locked on Prism for reasons that I do not know. Also, I want
to maximize my time and to grab this opportunity to take these subjects while classes are still
online since I plan to finish Law School, by God’s grace, on 2022. I know that the study of law
is not an easy journey, but I will do my best to pass all these subjects and to graduate base on
my timeline.

Below are the subjects I enrolled on Prism while Property and Taxation 1 are for your approval.
