Course description:

This course is about the legal relations of employees and their employees in relation to the
employees’ right to self-organization, collective bargaining and concerted activities, including the
right to strike vis-à-vis the employer’s management prerogatives and the right to lock-out as well as
other modes of dispute resolution and the law on termination of employment.
