BASIC IDEA

The whole idea revolves around the user experience. Anyone who is entering in the institute should
feel that it belongs to Animation and Gaming. The whole design approach will give a unique
character to the institute keeping in mind the basic necessities and services to be provided in the
design to make it comfortable for the people.

SALIENT FEATURES

 The whole design is pedestrian friendly by restricting the vehicular movement within the
site.
 Variety of recreational spaces are provided such as sitting spaces, sports area, green open
areas for the students.
 Proper light and ventilation provided in every crucial space of design as well as also in the
corridors.
 The whole design reflects its character i.e. it is designed in such for animation and gaming.
 The residential facilities are provided for the students as well as for teachers.
 While designing, Fire safety measures are kept in mind.

STRUCTURE AND MATERIALS

The building is a basic column beam structure with exposed brick cladding used incorporated with
sandstone jail to make the building more aesthetically appealing.
