4 Biscuit Stacking Machine. (Size 48") 1

on edge and transfer the biscuit rows in the guide ways of
packing table for packaging. Two fall peddle wheel type
stacker for stacking together the cooled biscuits

Client Scope :
❖ Civil Work & Foundation bolts.
❖ Power and Control Cables.
❖ Supporting structure for fixing of overhead conveyors.
❖ Unloading of material / equipment at your site.
❖ Power Supply to our Control Panel, motors & other electrical components of the equipment.
❖ Water processing Equipment and connection to our equipment.
❖ Installation of Chimney.
❖ Compressed Air Supply & connection upto our equipment.
❖ Crane & any other material handlling equipment shall be provided by you as and when required by us.
❖ Apart from Calcutta Engineering Works team & tools supplied, Client has to provide following for
❖ Erection & Commissioning.
❖ All Statutory approvals.
❖ Permissions for entry & exit in your premises, for our person, tools, tackles & vehicles shall be provided by you.
Local Labour:
Welder two persons, Fitters one person & Electrician one person, Labourers six persons.
Local Tools & equipments:
Electric welding Set one set & One complete Tools set.
The customer should provide air ticket Mumbai / Destination / Mumbai for members of our installation team of one
Engineer and three Technician.
The customer should arrange accommodation with local living expences, food including laundry and daily transport
to and from the factory. And an allowance of US$ 40 for our Enggineer and US$ 20 for our Techinician pocket
expenses per day should be paid directly to them on weekly basis.
TERMS AND CONDITIONS
1. Advance payment of 50% at the time of confirmation of order, and 2nd advance payment of 35% after 01 months of
confirmation of order,
and balance at the time of delivery from our factory at Ulhasnagar.
2. All Taxes and any other duties or taxes imposed by the Government shall be borne by the purchaser.
All such duties and taxes are not included in the Quotation.
3. The Prices mentioned in the Quotation is Ex-factory. Hence transportation, packing and any other charges from our
factory at the time of delivery shall be borne by purchaser.
4. In event of cancellation of the order by the purchaser, we reserve our right to forfeit the advance payment made by
him.
5. An order once placed cannot be cancelled under any circumstances.
6. Delivery of the Item shall be made after 6 months from the date of confirmation of order with Advance in our
Account.
7. The rate could be changed with/without prior information. This rate is valid for three months from the date of offer
