Chapter 2: Main Process Station Description:

1. Frame & panel ：
 Machine frame is made by Square steel, the panel is processed to standard
dimension of 30mm thickness with machining by CNC machine, to make sure the
assembling verticality and accuracy.
 Modular design, standardized frame, convenient to transport，easy to upgrade and
maintenance in future;
 Multi-layer paint is adopted to avoid rust and peel.
2. Fluff forming system:

Composed by 2 sets of Pulp Stands; 2 sets of High speed cell mills; 2 sets of Drum former;
2 sets of SAP applicators; Upper，Bottom tissue unwinding unit; Fluff core pressing unit;
Fluff core pattern pressing unit and Fluff core cutting unit.
 Pulp stands：
2 sets of Vertical pulp stand, each allows 2 rolls of cellulose pulp, max diameter 1500
mm, width 508mm (20’), core diameter 3＂.
 High speed cell mill：2 sets, one bigger and one smaller
 Saw mill type, which is suit for pulp Mullen ≤1100Kpa;
 Max pulp width 508mm (20＂) is accepted and mill capacity is 600kg/h
and800kg/h（according to the final design）, can crush Untreated, Semi-
treated and Treated Pulp;

 Drum former：2 sets
 The big fluff core is forming by single continuous drum, with the shape of
narrow middle and wider ends, and with one channel.
 The small core is forming by single intermittent drum.
 Fluff distributed evenly in divided zones mix with SAP completely.
 Brush roll outside of drum clean up the redundant fluff to ensure uniformly of
the core;
 Install negative pressure meter in the drummer.
 Drummer quantity: one big drummer and two sets of modular pockets, one
small drummer and two sets of modular pockets.
 Small fluff core on the top and big core at the bottom layer.
 SAP applicator: 2 sets

 Dosing capacity: 3~15g/pc
 Main SAP is focused on the small fluff core, big core with less quantity SAP.
 SAP dosing quantity can be setup on the touch screen and servo motor control
the dosing quantity, SAP and Pulp ratio of 1: 1.2 in single product;
 When SAP in the applicator is lower than the minimum position of the tank
and touch the sensor, it will be automatically self-feeding and when it is
missing, machine will alarm and stop automatically;
 With SAP auto feeding device;
 The dosing roller is with heating function.
 Upper, Bottom tissue unwinding unit:
 Double air expansion shafts, material roll diameter≤900mm, core diameter 3

strengthen fluff core solid.
 Fluff core cutting unit:
 Composed by plane cutter, anvil and frame, scraping method is adopted to
decrease wear of cutter blade and excessive impact to cutter and anvil;
 Upper cutter with cleaning roller and sheet, the cutting blade and anvil to adopt
high speed alloy steel.

19. Air pipe system：

 Air compression used for all the pneumatic parts of machine ( such as cylinder,
solenoid valve; air gauge, etc.) is from air compressor, which supplied by the
customer as well as air pipe and wiring; while the pipe for machine and hot melt
applicator has been equipped on the machine.
 Air pipe system located on the top of machine or machine backside, made by Iron
duct. The fans are collected one place with silencer.
20. Dust collector system(Optional)：

 Adopt Clothing bag style dust collector to improve workshop environment.
 Premium dust filter is Optional as required.
Chapter 3: Main Electrical and Mechanical features

1、 Electrical parts:
 Full servo shaft-less drive and control system；
 The inferior-quality product will be auto reject when change the raw material.
Material broken detecting, material missing detecting, material joint detecting,
automatic tally, splicing material roll diameter automatic detecting and so on；
 Full servo automatic control and it increase the transmission accuracy and the
stability of the equipment；

 Servo motion controller can carry out accurate synchronous control to multi-servo
motor；
 It can realize auto gluing matched with glue applicator. It will auto stop when stop
the machine and it also can realize manual control；
 The human-computer interface controlled by 15 inch color touch screen；
 Three-color caution light auto-alarm with multitoned；
 LED display screen installed above the exit of final product；
 Safety rope at operation and transmission side;
 Independent Electric control cabinet to be placed at driving side.
 Increase phase position adjust button in the final product exit.
 The touch screen installed in the safety door of operation side.
2、 Mechanical Parts:
 The frame adopts additional strengthening;
 The panel adopt CNC high precision machining;
 All the flat cutter and bar-type cutter adopt high speed alloy steel material;
 NW cutter adopts independent motor drive;
 The cutter which need lubrication equipped with lubrication system;
 The suction fan and Mill above 22KW are controlled by inverter.
Chapter 4: Safety system

 Safety door to be installed at O/S and D/S，dust-proof plate should be installed at
the position demand.
 Safety covers protection for some dangerous parts such as cutter with warning
board and safety symbols.
 Emergency brake unit is equipped on the machine and machine will be stopped at
any place.
 Start in order
 Separately supply circuit and control circuit;
 Switch and relay protection for each supply circuit and overload protection.
 Alarm system
 Machine can be started at the premise of pressing alarm button.
Chapter 5: Quality control system

 When material finishing auto splicing, the product with this joint will be auto
rejected through reject gate controlled by PLC in order to decrease wastage and
number of reject can be setup on touch screen;
 Auto reject for faulty product;

Chapter 7: Guarantee and After-sales service

 Warranty period：12 months from the date of shipment.
 Damaged parts caused by unforeseen accidents or improper operation are not covered
against guarantee, parts expense will be charged to buyer.
 Easy worn parts (such as cutters, belts, bearings, etc) are not covered against guarantee.
 The guarantee time remains in case of modification required by buyer；

 Before the machine shipment, Buyer will send technicians to seller’s factory for
acceptance testing and operation training. The food during training period is borne by
seller, while the air tickets and accommodation are the responsibility of the buyer.
 After the machine shipped to buyer’s factory, seller will send engineers to buyer’s plant
for installation and final acceptance machine, as well as operation training. All the
expenses (include the Round-trip air tickets, food and accommodation) of the engineers
are borne by buyer.

Chapter 9: Testing raw material

The buyer provides material for setting and acceptance of equipment and need to courier the
raw material to our company 50 days ahead of the schedule. The quantity of the material can
be used at least 12 hours (each kind of the products 4 hours), or can ask the seller help to buy
it and the buyer pay money to the seller.
Chapter 10: Test run and the methods:

1. Test run standard:
 Test Run speed: 250ppm for size M, I shape
 Defective rate: ≤3%（Excluded the defectives from raw materials, glue applicators
and splicing reasons）
 Efficiency: ≥85%
 As the product drawing confirmed by both parties.
2. The place and time for test run:
 Test at supplier facility:

 After the equipment is installed and commissioned at the seller's site to meet the
contract requirements, the seller shall notify the buyer in writing to the seller for
acceptance. The buyer shall organize the relative personnel to the seller’s place for
acceptance within three working days. It is included two parts: static and dynamic
acceptance. The static acceptance accepts the configuration and equipment
structure based on the technical terms and related accessories confirmed by both
parties. The dynamic acceptance confirms one product by both parties (Size M),
continuous running for 30 minutes without stopping, all indicators meet the
contractual requirements, other specifications of the products to be made qualified
samples, meet the above two regards is the acceptance, the buyer and seller shall
signed the " Acceptance Report of The equipment”, allows the machine to leave the
factory.
 The raw materials for Commissioning & test at seller site shall be supplied by
buyer, and buyer shall make sure all raw materials are qualified.
 Acceptance at the buyer's factory:
 The equipment, power supply, wiring, gas supply and piping required for
installation at the designated factory of the buyer shall be connected to the
equipment of the contract by the buyer. the seller shall notify the buyer to prepare
all demands in advance;
 After the installation and commissioning of the equipment in the buyer’s factory,
the seller shall notify the buyer to accept the inspection. The buyer shall organize
the relevant personnel to carry out the final acceptance of the equipment within
three working days. Both parties shall confirm one size to run 30minutes without
stopping, and all indicators meet the requirements stipulated in the contract, both
parties sign the "Final Equipment Acceptance Report ".
 If the problem or damage from the reasons of supplier during testing, the seller
shall organize to solve; suppose it is responsible for buyer side, (such as the
provision of supporting parts or raw materials caused by the poor operation of
machine or product defects), the buyer shall organize to solve it immediately.
 After the seller has submitted the acceptance request to the buyer, if the buyer
directly start to production to meet orders, does not organize the acceptance; or if
the buyer does not meet the acceptance conditions, to cause it is no means to carry
out the acceptance over 30 days; or it is forced to suspend the acceptance due to the

buyer side; it is deemed that the equipment has passed the acceptance inspection at
the buyer site, and the buyer may not refuse its obligations and responsibilities on
this ground.
 The raw materials for Commissioning & test at buyer site shall be supplied by
buyer, and buyer shall make sure all raw materials are qualified.
 Acceptance basis:
The product drawings, and the relevant accessories of this contract, which are not
indicated or not provided, shall be subject to the seller's factory standards.
