Cross the Decade

Materials: Cross the Decade boards and cards

_______________________________________________________________________

1. Play with a partner. Place all the cards that end with 9 facedown on the
blue board and all the cards that end with 0 facedown on the red board.

2. Player 1: Turn over a card from the blue board, read the number and say
the next counting number.

3. Player 1: Pick up a card from the red board. If your two cards are in counting
order you may keep them both. If the numbers are not in counting order you
must return both cards to the boards.

4. Player 2: Take a turn.

5. Keep taking turns until all pairs of cards in counting order have been found.
